Perceptra is the leading deep health tech startup in Thailand. Our aim is to develop the artificial intelligence platform for the healthcare industry. Currently, our first product Inspectra CXR is the best AI software for chest x-ray analysis in the SEA market, with 8 deep learning services deployed on the cloud supporting Radiologists’ workflow through website interface and API services connected directly to hospital’s IT systems. Today, our platform is actively used by 90+ hospitals nationwide.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our business driving team as a Business Development Associate. This role requires a unique blend of skills and responsibilities, combining the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with the strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities of a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company and creating the real impact in Thai and SEA healthcare system.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
– Conduct researches, analyze opportunities, and identify potential business partners, clients, and strategic opportunities for given business cases/ projects
– Prepare proposals and facilitate deals to secure new partnerships and collaborations.
– Assist in creating and delivering tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify new business opportunities.
– Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate business insights and progress to the management team.
– Conduct post-project evaluations to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the health tech and related industries
– Analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement/ propose solutions for given problems to management team
– Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear and actionable business specifications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
– Collaborate with external parties to define/ assess business opportunities, develop/ implement collaborating projects.
– Support in contract negotiations and deal closure.
– Work closely with management/ teams from project initiation to execution of BD projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Strong sense of ownership with willingness to learn and drive
– Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for AI or healthcare innovation
– Business sense and proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Development Executive or any related roles/projects. An experience/interest in the health tech or related industry is a plus.
– Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable with collaborating and negotiating with external stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets and deal with ambiguity.
– Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
– 3 years of experience in business development or related field
– A Plus if you have previous experience in healthtech or working with AI-driven solutions or exposure to international markets or enterprise-level deals
